Andrew M. Trachman, President
Andrew M. Trachman, President of Trachman Indevco, LLC, manages all new retail development projects in California. His responsibilities include planning, development, construction, marketing, and leasing. Under his leadership, Trachman Indevco's focus is on ground-up retail development and on retail redevelopment/reposition opportunities. Trachman was previously President of MBK Southern California, LLC. He joined MBK in 1984 and has been involved in more than $250,000,000 worth of development and acquisition activities since joining the firm.
Prior to joining MBK, Trachman was a real estate finance officer with Wells Fargo Realty Finance where he was responsible for the financing of new projects and the refinancing of existing facilities. Prior to working for Wells Fargo, he was employed by R&B Enterprises and was involved in the financing, development, property management, and acquisition of over 5,000 apartment units and 8,000,000 square feet of office and commercial space.
Trachman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and in 1980, attended Cambridge University in England. He is a current member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI)
Emmett Albergotti, Senior Vice President
Emmett Albergotti, Senior Vice President of Trachman Indevco, LLC, has an impressive 30-year background in commercial real estate, including vast experience in tenant representation, acquisition, and development. He has had a major role in the California expansion efforts of some of the country's largest retailers, including Target, Home Depot, Office Depot and AMC Theatres. His deep knowledge of the California market and his relationships throughout the retail industry is an essential asset to Trachman Indevco's expansion plans.
Prior to joining Trachman Indevco, Albergotti served as Vice President of MBK Southern California, LLC, where his responsibilities included site selection, tenant relations, and entitlement processing.
Before his post with MBK Southern California, Albergotti was the tenant representative for Office Depot, American Multi Cinema, Inc., The Home Depot and Target Stores, Inc. where he was responsible for in excess of 75 new locations for these retailers.
Albergotti has also held top executive positions with such leading companies as Citicorp Real Estate, Inc., Excel Legacy Corporation, Watt Commercial, S.E.S. Beck, and Schurgin Development Company. He is a current member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
