CURRENT PROJECTS
Perris Marketplace
Perris Marketplace is a proposed 450,000 square foot retail development to be anchored by a Wal-Mart Supercenter. Centrally located near the intersection of the city's major thoroughfares - Perris Boulevard and Nuevo Street, Perris Marketplace is to be the Valley's premier shopping destination. There are available subanchor tenant positions, retail shop spaces and out lot pads for ground lease as well as Build-to-suit opportunities.

The Perris Marketplace is situated in the heart of the rapidly growing community of Perris, California. The City is booming with new home construction and employment opportunities. The commercial and industrial wave has energized the valley with its affordable land and business friendly City. Large distribution centers continue to bring progress to the community. Lowe's Distribution Center opened in January of 2000 and brought over 500 jobs to Perris. In addition, the Ross Distribution Center brought over 600 more jobs to Perris. The March Joint Powers Commission recently approved the preliminary efforts toward securing the proposed 380,000 square foot sorting and distribution center for the air-cargo carrier DHL.

While Perris has over 3,000 residential units in the process of being built, the City boasts of an additional 11,600 housing units in various stages of planning. Perris is surrounded by great recreational facilities including Lake Perris State Park, Perris Valley Skydiving, Diamond Valley Lake and the Orange Railway Museum. Perris holds the right balance in the City's formula - business development, residential growth and affordable real-estate. Mixed all together, it makes Perris a great place to live, work and play.
